Personal Insurance Account Executive
If you have your RIBO license, 2 to 5 years of sales experience in personal insurance and a proven sales track record combined with strong underwriting skills, professionalism and a customer oriented approach to new business production, Rocca Dickson Andreis may be the right place for you. Insurance industry experience is preferred, but training will be made available for the right person from business groups or non-insurance industry backgrounds with the right attitudes and approach. The Account Executive's role will focus on new business production, with a mandate to capitalize on sales opportunities within a particular niche. Expert knowledge of personal insurance, combined with proven sales abilities will allow the successful candidate to maximize opportunities within the GTA. A skilled support team from within the office will assist. Qualifications and responsibilities of the role include: Consistent work commitment to meeting new business production goals by proactively prospecting, pursuing and closing appropriate clients; Recognition, promotion and ability to sell based on our Accurate risk selection skills; Develop and implement strategic plans to develop long-term business relationships and partnerships Excellent time management skills, impeccable attention to detail and deadlines; Computer proficiency, working knowledge of Agency Manager and Microsoft Office considered an asset; Representation of our brokerage in a professional manner that demonstrates to our clients that Rocca Dickson Andreis is committed to customer centred service excellence; Liaise with Insurance Companies underwriters in accordance with brokerage policies, Guidelines and Industry regulations Strong ability to work and inter-relate in a professional and respectful manner with brokerage management and staff while complying with brokerage policy; Competitive compensation package and benefits based on qualifications and experience.
