RIBO Licensed ( min 5 years experience in a Commercial Lines Environment ) University or College Education.

•  Handle a large diverse book of business - multi-line experience

•  Strong Insurance knowledge

•  Able to independently respond to customer requests and service accounts as required

•  Account Manager deals with clients, carriers and producers

•  Account Manager will ensure all policies are priced competitively and negotiate when required

•  Responsible for the accurate preparation of pre-renewals, renewals and proposals in order that account representatives can assemble information for delivery to producers and customers

•  Review all renewals and proposals prepared by Account Representatives for accuracy

•  Instruct Account Representative to invoice renewals and provide producers with completed proposal for delivery where applicable

•  Advise clients of their Accounts Receivable balances

•  Complete loss report and notify insurer

•  Ensure that all customer applications are up to date and accurate on Agency Manager including change requests

•  Prepare policies, endorsements, binders, and certificates for processing by Account Representatives

•  Authorize Automobile Liability Slips so that Account Representatives can forward to customers

•  Complete premium financing contracts as required

•  Keep up to date on rate, form, and coverage changes through bulletins and circulars

•  Participate in seminars and classes for skill and knowledge development

•  Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•  RIBO license and CAIB or CIP designations required

•  Minimum of 6 years commercial insurance experience

•  Excellent computer skills: Agency Manager fluency preferred
